You agree to use the bot in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You must not use Avalise Ascensions for any unlawful purposes or in ways that disrupt Discord servers.

The development team reserves the right to remove or limit access to the bot or server at any time for any reason on an individual, group, or server case.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to the bot if misuse is detected.

6. Purchases
Any purchases made via Patreon, Paypal or any other service are final; refunding purchases can result in an immediate ban from bot usage and server access.
